    中國網10月23日訊 中央財經領導小組辦公室副主任楊偉民在23日下午十九大新聞中心舉行的“踐行綠色發展理念 建設美麗中國”記者會上表示，黨的十八大以來，中央全面深化改革領導小組研究了48項重大改革。
    

    楊偉民指出，以習近平同志為核心的黨中央高度重視生態文明體制改革，中央全面深化改革領導小組召開的38次會議中，其中20次討論了和生態文明體制改革相關的議題，研究了48項重大改革。黨的十八屆三中、四中、五中全會提出的37項生態文明體制改革任務，已完成24項，部分完成9項，正在推進的有4項，出臺改革文件84件。
