    近日，嚴(yán)寒天氣接連襲擊東北、華北地區(qū)。12月7日，北海艦隊(duì)某潛艇支隊(duì)迅速啟動(dòng)嚴(yán)寒天氣應(yīng)急處置預(yù)案，及時(shí)清理潛艇甲板積雪，檢查舷外裝備情況，保證了部隊(duì)裝備安全，確保后續(xù)訓(xùn)練任務(wù)順利展開。
