    蘭州火車站結(jié)合今年春運特點，提早安排，對參與春運人員從綜合素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)入手，通過開展系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)進(jìn)行蓄能充電，為備戰(zhàn)春運大考積聚正能量。為確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量，該車站從系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)上下功夫，組織職工前往中川機(jī)場進(jìn)行感受和觀摩，學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)場服務(wù)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗，同時，分批組織客運人員進(jìn)行了軍訓(xùn)，通過從儀容、站姿、行走、手勢等一舉一動進(jìn)行要求，力爭在春運伊始打造出鐵路窗口良好形象。于海生攝
