    2013年2月16日上午9時30分，由“哈爾濱”號驅(qū)逐艦 、“綿陽”號護衛(wèi)艦 、“微山湖”號綜合補給艦組成的海軍第14批護航編隊，在北海艦隊參謀長袁譽柏少將率領(lǐng)下自青島某軍港起航，奔赴亞丁灣。112哈爾濱號導彈驅(qū)逐艦，528綿陽號導彈護衛(wèi)艦，微山湖號補給艦將出航近8個月，期間將出訪歐洲，并且第一次有女兵隨艦護航，這是北海艦隊第二次組織指揮護航活動。海軍副司令員丁一平等軍地領(lǐng)導及千余名官兵、家屬在碼頭為編隊官兵送行。
