    3月15日，在白俄羅斯首都明斯克，交警在市中心冒雪疏導(dǎo)交通。據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貧庀蟛块T發(fā)布的消息，暴風(fēng)雪15日席卷了白俄羅斯大部分地區(qū)，一些地區(qū)最大風(fēng)速達24米/秒，能見度降至200米。因積雪和惡劣天氣，首都明斯克機場臨時關(guān)閉，市內(nèi)道路交通出現(xiàn)嚴重擁堵，部分地鐵站采取限行措施?！　⌒氯A社記者耿銳斌攝
