    3月21日，武警反恐突擊隊員按照指令快速出擊。當(dāng)日，駐守上海市崇明縣的武警上?？傟犓闹ш犇巢?，在全島范圍內(nèi)舉行一次無預(yù)案、臨時出“情況”的實戰(zhàn)演練。演練緊貼實戰(zhàn)不預(yù)設(shè)情況，注重反恐戰(zhàn)法，有效提高部隊?wèi)?yīng)對和處置突發(fā)事件的綜合能力。新華社記者陳飛攝
