    4月28日，海軍某部士官在更換“2012式”軍車號(hào)牌。經(jīng)中央軍委批準(zhǔn)，全軍和武警部隊(duì)將從5月1日起統(tǒng)一使用新式“2012式”軍車號(hào)牌，“2004式”軍車號(hào)牌至4月30日廢止。這次更換新式軍車號(hào)牌，重點(diǎn)通過落實(shí)“防造假、防濫發(fā)、防亂掛、防丟失、防盜用”等“五防”要求，切實(shí)建立嚴(yán)格規(guī)范的管理秩序，有效維護(hù)軍隊(duì)良好形象。新華社發(fā)（劉學(xué)忠攝）
