    2013年8月16日20時至18日8時，廣東普寧市出現(xiàn)大范圍特大暴雨，強(qiáng)降水致全市28個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)場街道25個受災(zāi)。18日，認(rèn)證為“演員、《開心你最大》主持人”的蔡立君通過微博，連續(xù)上傳多張普寧遇水災(zāi)的驚心慘狀照片，呼吁政府以及媒體關(guān)注，并質(zhì)疑央視等媒體對此事關(guān)注度不夠。
