    10月22日，內(nèi)蒙古呼和浩特德勝營村的耕地上，農(nóng)民正在焚燒玉米秸稈，天空出現(xiàn)大量藍(lán)煙，氣味嗆鼻。據(jù)悉，土地收貨后的秸稈給來年后續(xù)種植帶來了麻煩，成為一定程度上的農(nóng)業(yè)垃圾，清理秸稈耗費(fèi)人力物力財(cái)力，焚燒因低成本而多采用。中新社發(fā)劉文華 攝
