    1993年12月10日，時(shí)任非國大主席曼德拉和南非總統(tǒng)德克勒克在挪威奧斯陸領(lǐng)取當(dāng)年的諾貝爾和平獎(jiǎng)。挪威諾貝爾委員會(huì)當(dāng)年10月宣布授獎(jiǎng)決定時(shí)說，曼德拉和德克勒克為消除南非種族歧視作出了貢獻(xiàn)，他們的努力為在南非建立民主政權(quán)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
