    在來長沙之前，黃瑋沒有一點舞蹈基礎。老師們擔心等正式開學她跟不上，決定提前對她進行魔鬼式訓練。在所有基本功里，黃瑋最恐懼的是“撕腿”，身體平躺在地板上，一條腿被同學壓著不許動，另一條腿則要被老師掀到空中，再使勁往臉部壓下去。由于撕腿的強度過于猛烈，她的整條左腿紅腫了將近一個星期。“好好的一條腿變成了殘腿”，黃瑋每晚都會在寢室大哭一場，一開始同學們都來安慰她，后來因為她每次都會哭，同學們也就習慣了。李菁菁/圖文
