    4月9日，在烏克蘭頓涅茨克，親俄民眾聚集在政府大樓外。烏克蘭東部頓涅茨克州的親俄民眾6日舉行抗議集會，部分集會者占領(lǐng)州政府大樓，升起俄羅斯國旗。占領(lǐng)頓涅茨克州政府的約50名親俄代表7日召開會議，表決通過“頓涅茨克人民共和國”主權(quán)宣言。與會者還宣布，將在5月11日前就頓涅茨克州主權(quán)問題舉行全民公決。新華社記者戴天放攝
