    自3月至今，全國多地相繼開展防暴反恐演練，多措施強化處突能力。圖為3月14日，新疆烏魯木齊市賽馬場片區(qū)管理委員會轄區(qū)50余名社區(qū)巡邏隊員來到特警八支隊室內(nèi)訓練館，特警隊教官針對巡邏隊員所配發(fā)的巡邏器具進行強化訓練，并對日常巡邏中遇到的突發(fā)情況處置進行講解、示范，借此增強社區(qū)巡邏隊員在處置突發(fā)事件時的快速反應、團隊協(xié)作能力，以及自我防護能力。圖為特警隊教官指導社區(qū)巡邏隊如何利用盾牌刑成有效的防護隊形。劉新攝
