    7月16日，沱江兩邊的商鋪和遠處的虹橋都淹沒在洪水中。 7月14日20時至15日12時許，湖南鳳凰縣連降大到暴雨，鳳凰古城三分之一的面積出現(xiàn)內(nèi)澇，全縣已緊急轉(zhuǎn)移包括游客在內(nèi)的群眾12萬人。記者在現(xiàn)場看到，16日鳳凰仍然持續(xù)降雨，目前縣城洪水尚未退去，古城大部分仍浸泡在水中，當(dāng)?shù)卣M織了武警、公安、消防和民兵在內(nèi)的1200余人救援隊伍參與轉(zhuǎn)移，許多群眾也自發(fā)加入到救援之中。來自鳳凰縣防汛抗旱指揮部的消息顯示，全縣有24個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)19.6萬人受災(zāi)，臨時緊急轉(zhuǎn)移近12萬人，倒塌房屋65間，受災(zāi)店鋪近4000家，農(nóng)作物受災(zāi)面積8.6萬畝。新華社記者白禹攝
