    9月30日，在阿富汗喀布爾，阿富汗前內(nèi)政部長阿特馬爾（前右二）與美國駐阿大使詹姆斯·坎寧安（前左一）簽署《雙邊安全協(xié)議》。
    


    當(dāng)日，阿富汗前內(nèi)政部長阿特馬爾代表阿政府同美方代表簽署阿美《雙邊安全協(xié)議》。協(xié)議提交阿議會通過后將正式生效。該協(xié)議的生效將為美國2014年后繼續(xù)在阿駐軍提供法律依據(jù)。新華社發(fā)（艾哈邁德·馬蘇德攝）
