    津巴布韋氣象部門的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2015年11月以來的雨季是該國(guó)近60年來最干旱的雨季?？偨y(tǒng)穆加貝本月宣布遭遇旱災(zāi)的地區(qū)進(jìn)入“災(zāi)難狀態(tài)”。津政府2016年預(yù)計(jì)需要籌資15億美元來應(yīng)對(duì)罕見大旱給該國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)帶來的嚴(yán)重負(fù)面影響。
