第五屆中國-東盟博覽會、第五屆中國-東盟
商務與投資峰會采訪活動的通知
由中國和東盟 10 國經貿主管部門及東盟秘書處共同主辦,廣西壯族自治區人民政府承辦的第五屆中國—東盟博覽會、中國—東盟商務與投資峰會定于10月22日—25日在廣西南寧舉行。中國及東盟10國的領導人、政要以及政界、工商界人士將出席和參加有關活動。現將記者報名參加會議采訪活動的有關事項通知如下:
一、報名時間:
從本通知發布之日至2008年10月10日
二、食宿及交通安排:
記者到南寧采訪會議,往返交通費用自理。會議期間,經組委會確認后的記者,入住組委會推薦酒店(邕州飯店)。邕州飯店地址:廣西南寧市新民路59號,郵政編碼:530012,電話:0771-2101088;傳真:0771-2835268。
組委會為記者在廣西采訪提供公共交通。
三、報名方式:
1、組委會新聞宣傳部下設境內記者組負責接受境內記者報名,港澳臺記者組負責接受港澳臺記者報名,外國記者組負責接受外國記者報名。聯系方式為:

Notice on the News Coverage Activities
on the 5th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO)
& the 5th China-ASEAN Business & Investment Summit (CABIS)
The 5th CAEXPO and the 5th CABIS, co-sponsored by the departments in charge of economy and trade of China and the 10 ASEAN countries as well as the ASEAN Secretariat, and organized by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, will be convened on October 22-25, 2008 in Nanning, Guangxi, China. By then, heads of state/government of China and ASEAN, and other VIPs from the political and business communities will make their presence at these two grand events. Notice on the news coverage activities during the events is now released as follows:
Ⅰ. The registration time for media is from the releasing date of this notice till October 10, 2008.
Ⅱ. Accommodation & Transportation:
Needed expenditure on transportation occurred during the news coverage will be borne by the journalists themselves. During the events, journalists and reporters who are approved by the CAEXPO and CABIS organizing committees will stay in Yongzhou Hotel, the recommended hotel of the committees, and local transportation will be provided free of charge by the Guangxi side.

1.
