    上海黃浦公安分局召開(kāi)采訪會(huì)　一線民警講述救援情景
    


    


    1月1日，上海黃浦公安分局指揮處指揮中心副指揮長(zhǎng)蔡立新在發(fā)布會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。當(dāng)日下午，上海市公安局黃浦分局召開(kāi)媒體采訪會(huì)，請(qǐng)2014年12月31日晚在一線執(zhí)勤的3名民警講述外灘踩踏事件情況。對(duì)于網(wǎng)上傳播的“撒代金券”和“有人持刀”的情況，警方表示仍在進(jìn)一步調(diào)查中，如有情況會(huì)及時(shí)通報(bào)。警方同時(shí)也表示，由于人流密集，23點(diǎn)30分發(fā)現(xiàn)客流異常增多時(shí)，民警未能迅速進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。采取強(qiáng)行切入的方式，進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所用時(shí)間比正常時(shí)間多一些，大約5到8分鐘。警方還表示，對(duì)于昨晚發(fā)生的不幸，既深表遺憾，也深表痛心。新華社記者丁汀 攝
